According to art. 4 of the Procedure regarding the acquisition, maintenance, loss of membership of the National Association of Authorized Evaluators in Romania, as well as other provisions regarding changes to the membership status of this association, to acquire the status of full member, a natural person who is a Romanian citizen must meet the following conditions:

a. to have passed the final internship exam, in accordance with the Regulation for conducting and completing the internship, approved by the Board of Directors,

b. not to have been definitively convicted for committing an intentional crime

c. to have concluded a professional civil liability insurance contract for evaluation activity, with a minimum coverage limit of 10,000 euros, according to Board of Directors Decision no. 10/2012.

The profession of authorized valuer is regulated by Government Ordinance no. 24/2011 and is found in the annex list to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and additions.*

Proof of completion of the Internship Program, issued by the Professional Training Department within ANEVAR (hereinafter referred to as "PTD")/document issued by the competent authority from a member state of the European Union, or the state belonging to the European Economic Area/Swiss Confederation, showing that the citizen of these states legally practices the profession of authorized evaluator following a professional training program as an evaluator in the regulatory field of Ordinance 24/2011 (copy).*
