Obtaining the certificate for the mandated entity for the verification and certification of the fulfillment of the financial and technical conditions/obligations for granting the warehouse license and for monitoring at licensed warehouses the stocks of consumption seeds, including those for which deposit certificates have been issued and on the basis of which credits have been granted, in accordance with the provisions of art. 6 para. 4 of Law no. 101/2014 regarding regulatory measures for the storage of consumption seeds and the regime of deposit certificates for these, and of the Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development no. 1.964/2015 regarding the approval of criteria and conditions for the approval and designation of mandated entities.
