The notification is formulated by traders, natural or legal persons authorized in accordance with the provisions of art. 22-28 of Government Ordinance no.99/2000 regarding the marketing of goods and market services, republished, and the methodological norms for the application of the ordinance, approved by Government Decision no.333/2003.
In this regard, the trader will address the Cluj-Napoca City Hall by submitting a standard application, in accordance with the model provided in the annex to Government Decision no.333/2003. The standard application will include the trader’s identification details: trader name, registered office, CUI, registration number at the Trade Registry Office, representative, as well as the address of the working point. This standard application is accompanied by the inventory list for the clearance goods. The structure dealing with the application is the Municipality's Heritage and Property Records Department, Trade Authorization Service.
