This procedure describes how individuals, nationals of other Member States of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) may apply for approval without examination in Romania in order to provide site supervision activities. Project supervisor is an individual employed by investor / beneficiary, having the obligation of ensuring verification of correct implementation of construction works throughout the activity works, according to the law. Holding the authorization does not result in the transfer of responsibilities from one to the commissioning body and not relieve one of their obligations.
Entitled persons
Individuals, citizens of another EU or EEA member state who meet the conditions regarding education and professional experience provided by the procedure for authorization as a site supervisor based on an exam.
*Regulated professions
The profession of site supervisor is included in Annex no. 2 - List of regulated professions in Romania of Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.*
