This procedure describes how supervisors may require updating their personal data in the Register of authorized project supervisors. Issuing duplicate is made within 30 days from the date of filing or receipt of any additions or clarifications needed.
Entitled persons
Persons registered in the Register of site supervisors, authorized by the State Inspectorate for Constructions - I.S.C.
*Regulated professions
The profession of site supervisor is included in Annex no. 2 - List of regulated professions in Romania from Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and additions.*
