For the registration of reproduction equipment, for each declared work point, applicants will submit the following standard forms and documents: Standard forms: Form 18
Documents: a copy of the document (invoice/payment order) proving payment of the fees.
Fees
-registration of industrial equipment - 20 lei/equipment;
- completion request (for cases of incomplete files) – 10 lei.
