According to the provisions of art. 6 paragraph (1) and (4) of the Law, the urban planning certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic and technical regime of the property, as well as the specific urban planning requirements for the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document that is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity. 2. According to the Law, the urban planning certificate does not replace the construction/demolition permit and does not confer the right to carry out construction works.
