The documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works includes 1. the urbanism certificate 2. proof, in a legalized copy, of the title over the property, land and/or constructions and, if applicable, the updated cadastral plan extract and the updated land registry extract for information, unless otherwise provided by law 3. the technical documentation - D.T. 4. the permits and approvals established by the urbanism certificate, the point of view of the competent environmental protection authority and, if applicable, its administrative act. The documentation for authorizing the execution of demolition works has the same structure as the documentation for the building permit and includes the same documents mentioned in the documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works, adapted to the purpose, as well as the tax certificate attesting the taxable value of the property in copy.*
