The criminal record from abroad is to be presented in original, apostilled/legalized and with a legalized translation into Romanian.*

The certificates must be superlegalized/apostilled and with a legalized translation into Romanian, if applicable*

If the consent is given before the authorities of another state, an apostille/legalization and a legalized translation into Romanian are required*

If applicable, it will be given through a notarized declaration in the presence of a parent*

From this statement it must result whether you wish to acquire Romanian citizenship while maintaining your domicile abroad or to establish your domicile in Romania*
