Procedure regarding the cancellation of the classification certificate for tourist accommodation/public catering structures*

In the event of the termination of the activity of the tourist accommodation structure, the economic operator owner and/or administrator of the respective tourist accommodation structure is obliged to request the cancellation of the classification certificate and to return the classification certificate and the original annex sheet(s), by mail, with acknowledgment of receipt or by submitting them at the registry office of the central public administration authority responsible for tourism.
