The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of evidence of professional honorability and morality of doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity term: 3 months from the date of issuanceThe issuance fee is 500 lei from the second requested certificate, the first one being free of charge according to the decision of the Maramures College of Dentists Council No. 8/20.08.2014. The fee can be paid into account RO78RZBR0000060006048103 opened at RAIFFEISEN BANK BAIA MARE.
