For citizens from third countries who request employment, the following must be attached to the application: the employer's letter stating the purpose of the recognition and the position held by the third-country citizen within the sports club; the employer's registration certificate; the delegation from the employer for collecting the recognition certificate.*

Xerox copy of identity document, xerox copy of marriage certificate (if applicable), Language competence certificate for Romanian (for foreign citizens)*

Copy and translation (if applicable) of the professional qualification title. Professional training documents must be certified with a Hague Apostille for states that are parties to the Hague Apostille Convention, while for other states, the study documents must be superlegalized or accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin. Exemption from superlegalization is permitted under the law, by virtue of an international treaty to which Romania is a party, based on reciprocity.*

Copy and translation of the Transcript of Records/Descriptive Supplement accompanying the qualification title, showing the course of professional training and specialization in the branch of sport. Any other relevant document for recognition must also be attached in copy and translation (syllabi of the completed courses, complete description of courses/subjects studied, documents regarding the completion of other courses).*

Copy and translation of the Diploma that granted access to the study program for which recognition is requested / of the Certificate of recognition or equivalence previously obtained*

Copy and translation of the coach's license*

Certificate of physical and mental health issued by the member state of origin or provenance, or equivalent proof to the health certificate in cases where the competent authorities of the state of origin do not issue such a certificate.*

The criminal record certificate is attached*

Certificate issued by the competent authorities of the member state of origin or provenance, respectively their confirmation certifying that the official qualification titles for the profession of coach are issued by authorized or accredited institutions recognized at national level; confirmation through the IMI system by the competent authority of the issuing state that the official qualification titles for the profession of coach are issued by authorized or accredited institutions recognized at national level and that the profession of coach is recognized at national level.*
