If the study certificate is obtained in Romania or at one of the accredited higher education institutions in the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and prestigious universities from other states listed in the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by ministerial order, according to OM no. 5462/2018, updated periodically, respectively the certificate of recognition of the doctoral diploma issued by CNRED, if the study certificate is obtained from other accredited educational institutions abroad - copy and legalized translation.*

The decision to recognize teaching positions issued by the rector of ITRCF can be contested only once, within 10 calendar days from its communication, by a motivated request, which is submitted to the ITRCF secretariat or sent by mail. Appeals are resolved by the administrative litigation court.
