The procedure regulates the set of operations leading to the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, which aims at drafting documentation for authorizing construction works, awarding public works design through feasibility study phase tenders, for legal requests and notarial operations regarding real estate transactions, establishing a right of way according to the applicant's request (beneficiary/investor) and in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 839 of Oct. 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.
