1. The lease/rent/commodate contract is drawn up in 3 (three) original copies in legal form according to the New Civil Code.
2. All 3 (three) copies of the contract are registered at the Pleșcuța Municipality Hall.
3. 1 copy is submitted to the Pleșcuța Municipality Hall to be kept at the relevant department, accompanied by the supporting documents of ownership:
- identity documents (CUI for commercial companies) of the parties, copies certified by the applicant on each page.
- the ownership document of the asset subject to the contract, copies certified by the applicant on each page.
4. The other 2 copies of the contract are kept, one for each contracting party.
5. Verifications are carried out by the relevant departments within the Pleșcuța Municipality Hall and the contract is registered in a special register.
