Technical project with: a) Presentation memorandum of the work, which should include: the kilometer and meter position of the advertising panel’s location; description of the location and the panel (shape, dimensions, materials used, etc.); detail of the panel’s fastening; specification of the installation distance from the road axis; b) Area integration plan, at a suitable scale (1:2000). c) Site plan at scale 1:500, which should include: the county road and its elements; the distance of the panel from the axis and edge of the county road or from other elements, specification of the kilometer position, etc. d) Cross-section at the panel location, specifying the distance from the axis of the county road; e) Panel fastening detail; f) Color mock-up of the advertisement to be displayed; g) Report on quality verification for requirement "A" resistance and stability, as well as the actual calculation. The technical project must be signed by the person who prepared and checked it.*
