Appeal route: In the situation where the applicant is dissatisfied with the way the request was handled, the provisions of Article 30 of Law no. 416/2001 regarding the guaranteed minimum income are applicable: “(1) The decision of the mayor regarding the granting, non-granting, modification, suspension, termination of payment of the rights provided by this law, the change of their holder, as well as the recovery of unduly collected amounts may be contested under the provisions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004 with subsequent amendments."
(2) Requests, actions, and appeals concerning the rights provided for in this law are exempt from stamp duty.'
