regarding the applicant's status and their relationship with the child/children for whom the right is claimed, for one of the persons who has adopted the child / to whom the child has been entrusted for adoption / who has the child in placement / in emergency placement, except for the professional maternal assistant who may benefit from these rights only for their own children, as well as the person who has been appointed guardian. In the case of P.F.A (Authorized Natural Person): - Certificate from the Health Insurance House (C.A.S) stating the period during which the maternity allowance (pregnancy + confinement) was paid or a declaration on own responsibility that they have not benefited from the maternity allowance - Certificates from the Public Finance Administration - indicating the income earned in the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth date or, as applicable, proof of income calculated for advance tax payment; - Taxation decisions from the Public Finance Administration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth showing the date the activity began, - The Single Declaration, for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth date. - The suspension or termination of activity decision, declaration 070, from the Public Finance Administration; For female students, university graduates, pupils, etc.: - CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, CERTIFYING UNINTERRUPTED ATTENDANCE OF FULL-TIME COURSES, UP TO THE DATE OF APPLICATION IN THE YEAR BEFORE THE CHILD'S BIRTH OR GRADUATION DIPLOMA ACCOMPANIED BY THE TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS OR CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IF THE FACULTY WAS GRADUATED IN THE YEAR BEFORE THE CHILD'S BIRTH IF THE APPLICANT FALLS UNDER ONE OF THE ASSIMILATED PERIODS m) attends, without interruption, the full-time courses of pre-university education, including within the "Second Chance" program, or, as applicable, university studies at the level of bachelor's or master's degrees, as well as post-graduate education at master's level, organized according to the law, in the country or abroad, in a field recognized by the Ministry of National Education, except for cases of course interruption due to medical reasons; n) is a doctoral student, under the conditions stipulated by National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and additions o) is in the period between finishing one form of pre-university education and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of pre-university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; p) is in the period between graduating from full-time pre-university education, organized according to the law, and starting university education, full-time courses, in the same calendar year; q) is in the period between finishing one form of university education, full-time courses, with or without the bachelor's or diploma exam, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; r) is in the period between finishing one form of university education, at the level of bachelor's or master's studies, as well as postgraduate education at the level of master, full-time courses, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of university education at the level of bachelor's or master's studies, full-time courses, organized in accordance with the law, attended without interruption; s) is in the period between finishing one form of postgraduate education, full-time courses, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of postgraduate education, full-time courses, organized in accordance with the law, attended without interruption; t) is in the period of 60 days from the completion of compulsory education or, as applicable, from graduating full-time courses of pre-university, university at bachelor's or master's level and postgraduate at master's level, organized according to the law, with or without graduation exam, for the purpose of employment or, as applicable, entering unemployment, calculated from the 1st of the month following completion of studies - DECLARATION ON OWN RESPONSIBILITY THAT NO TAXABLE INCOME IS EARNED If the father requests the child care and upbringing allowance, a certificate from the mother's employer is also required, specifying the period during which the maternity allowance was paid, i.e., maternity leave (prenatal and postnatal), or a declaration on own responsibility stating that the maternity allowance was not received.*
