Technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution for protecting the land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation / technical project will also include the technical protection solution for the land improvement works and will be verified according to the law, obligatorily by a certified project verifier. In the case of national roads, express roads, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*
