The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the cadastral and real estate publicity office with a maximum of 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case where the issuance of the construction permit is requested for the construction and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, paragraph (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for works provided for in art. 7 paragraph 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works)*

The favorable opportunity notice of the County Council/Local Council for the extension of the built-up area, in the case of lands located outside the built-up area, for which the drafting of the Z.U.P. is requested, and the request for the D.P.U. from the town hall for lands located within the built-up area.*
