In case of representation Notarial power of attorney or delegation, the decision of the general assembly of associations, the decision of the sole associate/representative of the associative form, in copy, copy of the ID/CI of the proxy, PF or a copy of the passport for the proxy PF with domicile abroad*

Copy of the ownership document (for example: ownership title, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid land possession document drawn up (for example: concession contract, lease, rental, superficies, etc.) with a notarial authentication endorsement. The owner's agreement for the permanent or temporary removal of the land from agricultural use if the land is owned by another person than the owner; the administrator's agreement for the permanent or temporary removal of the land from agricultural use if the land belongs to the public or private domain of the state - in original and copy.*

Copy of the urbanism certificate (within the validity period), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan endorsed by OCPI (the site plan will highlight the area proposed for removal from agricultural use (if applicable))*

Technical report of the work describing the investment objective.*

The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2), lit. a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions) (except for requests for the works provided in art. 7, para. 1 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works republished).
