The request for the extension of the validity of the building/demolition permit must be submitted 45 working days before the expiration date of the validity period and can be granted, according to the law, only once for a maximum of 24 months.
To extend the validity of the building/demolition permit, the applicant must create an account on the start.ps4.ro platform where a request for the extension of the validity of the building permit will be submitted.
The value of the extension fee for the validity of the building/demolition permit is 30% of the initial fee for the building/demolition permit.
The fee can be paid by bank transfer to account RO70TREZ70421160203XXXXX TREZORERIA SECTORULUI 4, SECTORUL 4 AL MUNICIPIULUI BUCUREȘTI, CUI 4316422, at SelfPay machines, and online when submitting the application.
