The procedure establishes the manner in which the communication to authorities, institutions, and interested persons of the documents issued by the director is ensured, under the conditions of Law no. 544/2001 regarding free access to public interest information. The procedure is mainly carried out for good collaboration between citizens and public institutions, for the interests of the public institution, the citizens, and the employees of the public institution.
