This procedure regulates the method of registering mentions existing on the margins of civil status documents - Annex 9 within the Bârlad City Hall.

The data is collected for the purpose of updating the National Register of Persons Record

At the request of individuals, certificates regarding the registration of a civil status document are issued; the certificates include, as the case may be, details regarding the mentions existing on the margin of the civil status document.

The request can be made personally by either of the former spouses or by an authorized representative with a special power of attorney.

Requests are submitted to the Civil Status Service located at Bd. Epureanu, no. 24-26.
