The land register extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the land registry and real estate publicity office no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as the case may be. (except in the case where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. Government Decision / County Council / Local Council regarding the declaration of public utility of investment objectives of national/county/local interest, under the conditions of the law, as applicable*

Technical documentation/Technical project drafted by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works (or checked by a certified project verifier in the field of land improvements) with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where applicable. In the case of national roads, express roads, ring roads, highways, it is required that the documentation is reviewed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*
