This procedure describes how entities with legal personality can request, for analysis and testing laboratory in construction - grade I and grade II, the evaluation of a mobile laboratory. Grade I and grade II laboratories may perform their work also off-site through mobile labs facility, created for a contract / project and with full responsibility for their accuracy. Results of the evaluation will be communicated to the laboratory owner.

In the situation where the requirements regarding the operation of a mobile laboratory of the applicant laboratory are not met, the authorization commission communicates to the applicant, through a written note, the decision to reject the application for evaluation for operating as a mobile laboratory, which can be contested within 15 days from the date of communication. Appeals formulated by applicant legal entities whose application for evaluation for operating as a mobile laboratory has been rejected are received at I.S.C. and are reanalyzed by the authorization commission together with all documents submitted in the file, which will decide, as the case may be, to admit/reject the appeal.
