Economic operators who sell plant protection products with acute toxicity from categories 1, 2, and 3, which contain the GHS06 pictogram, are required to obtain, in advance, the registration certificate/authorization from the Phytosanitary Unit in the area where they carry out their activity. After obtaining the registration certificate/authorization for operations with plant protection products with acute toxicity from categories 1, 2, and 3, which contain the GHS06 pictogram, economic operators must compulsorily register with the a.e.s.p. structures within the county police inspectorates or the D.G.P.M.B. in whose territorial area they are to carry out their activity. Furthermore, the authorization/registration certificate issued by the phytosanitary unit according to O.U.G. no. 53/2025 must be approved by the territorial a.e.s.p. structures.*
