This service is intended for owners/users of motor vehicles that have been detected violating road traffic regulations on national territory. Currently, when a detection system of a public institution detects a motor vehicle exceeding the legal speed limit or when a participant’s video camera captures a vehicle whose driver has committed an offense that may constitute aggressive driving, the owner/user of the vehicle receives, via postal services, a request to provide the details of the person who was driving the vehicle at the time the infraction was committed. The owner/user of the vehicle is required to provide the requested information within the deadline, either via postal services or through the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ digital services platform Hub.*
