To be able to carry out the transfer of explosives from Romania to another member state, the economic operator responsible for the transfer, after obtaining the transfer authorization issued by the destination member state and, as applicable, by the transit states, must also obtain a transfer authorization from the General Directorate of Police of the Municipality of Bucharest or the county police inspectorate at the place of dispatch, as applicable.
