Approval of technical information and training documentation in the field of occupational safety and health*
The technical documentation for information and training in the field of occupational safety and health may be distributed or marketed only if it is authorized by the habilitation and authorization commission of the county where the author is headquartered. If the author is headquartered in another Member State of the European Union or belonging to the European Economic Area, the documentation is authorized by the habilitation and authorization commission within the Territorial Labour Inspectorate of the Municipality of Bucharest. The documentation subject to authorization includes - films or images, on film or magnetic media, with topics in the field of occupational safety and health, - posters, flyers, brochures in the field of occupational safety and health, - course materials intended for training programs in the field of occupational safety and health provided for in art. 16 para. 1 lit. c and art. 55 para. 1 of H.G. no. 1425/2006, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
The habilitation and authorization commission will send by mail the approval or the reasoned rejection decision, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.

Certification of the external protective and preventive services
The external protective and preventive services can operate only if they are in possession of a certificate of external protective and preventive services. Within each territorial labour inspectorate, respectively the Bucharest Municipality, by the order of the Minister of Labour, Family and Social Protection, it is established a commission for certification of the external prevention and protection services and approval of technical documentation for information and training on health and safety at work. Natural and legal persons established in another Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area which have not undergone a similar procedure in these states can provide protective and preventive services in Romania only if they are empowered according to GD 1425/2006

Notification of the commission for certification for temporary and occasional performance of the external prevention and protection services
Natural and legal persons established in a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area which have undergone a similar certification procedure in these states can provide prevention and protection services in Romania, without being certified according to the Government Decision 1425/2006 regarding the approval of Methodological Norms for the application of provisions of the Safety and health at work law no. 319 / 2006, with subsequent modification and amendments, in the following ways: a) permanently b) temporary or occasional.

Renewal of the Certificate of external protective and preventive services
Renewal of the certificate is performed when is modified one/some of the initial condition on which it has been issued. The Modification are the following: a) changing of the legal form of organization of certified external protective and preventive services, according Law no. 31/1990 on trading companies, republished, with subsequent modification and amendments b) changing of the name of the certified external protective and preventive services, c) change of registered headquarters d) changing of the change of the manager of the certified external protective and preventive services The provided modifications must be communicated to the Commission for certification of the external prevention and protection services within 10 working days starting from the date of modification of one/some initial conditions
