Braila College of Dental Physicians*

The current professional certificate is the document issued at the request of the dentist or the competent homologous authority from another state and includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which the dentist exercises or has exercised their profession during their membership in the College of Dentists of Romania, hereinafter referred to as CMSR.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to this, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) lit. d) of Law no. 95/2006 on health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of certificates of honorability and professional morality for doctors, dental doctors and pharmacists, as well as of the CMSR National Council Decision no. 16/2CN/2019 - the consolidated form by including the amendments and completions brought by Decision no. 4/2CN of March 28, 2024 published in the Official Gazette no. 341/ 12.04.2024 regarding, the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuance fee is 1000 lei according to the Decision of the Council of the Braila College of Dentists. The fee can be paid into the account RO89 BTRL RONC RT03 7162 6201 BANCA TRANSILVANIA
