Bacau College of Dentists*

This procedure is intended for the members of the College of Dental Physicians Bacau. The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period of the professional certificate: 3 months from the date of issuance
The issuance fee is 400 lei according to the decision of the College of Dental Physicians Bacau Council 107/20.06.2019. The fee can be paid into the account RO 82 RZBR 0000060005826192
