Satu Mare Pharmacists' College*

The reinstatement of membership status for pharmacists who are members of the CFR, who for objective reasons have interrupted the practice of the pharmacist profession for up to 5 years and who have requested the suspension of their membership, is done based on a written request addressed to the Satu Mare College of Pharmacists, accompanied by the Membership Certificate of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the document certifying the payment of the membership fee, and valid malpractice insurance.

In case of loss, destruction, or theft of the CFR Member Certificate, the application for the issuance of a duplicate Member Certificate of the College of Pharmacists of Romania shall be submitted to the College of Pharmacists in Satu Mare, accompanied by the following documents: copy of the initial Member Certificate, copy of the announcement in mass media (local or national newspaper, etc.), and proof of payment of the 100 lei fee, paid into the account of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, according to Decision no. 1/2018.

The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon making a formal request to this effect, meet the following conditions: they hold an official qualification in pharmacy, are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice as a pharmacist, have not interrupted their professional activity for more than 5 years or have obtained their degree within the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the Satu Mare territorial college in the amount of 208 lei for persons who registered within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for the rest of the persons).

Upon request, members of the College of Pharmacists of Romania who, for objective reasons, interrupt the exercise of the pharmacist profession for a period of up to 5 years may request the suspension of membership for that duration. During the requested suspension of membership in the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the obligations and rights arising from the law are also suspended.

The pharmacist who changes their workplace from one county to another or to the municipality of Bucharest is required to register with the college in whose area the new workplace is located within a maximum of 10 days from the start date of activity.

Registration is done based on the transfer note. The transfer note is issued by the College of Pharmacists from Satu Mare, based on the request submitted by the applicant. The transfer note will be handed to the applicant, under signature. After issuing the transfer note, the pharmacist's transfer will be requested electronically in the Pharmacists' Register and in the CDS Platform.
