- registration of imported videograms on the territory of Romania

The request for the renewal of the Authorization of registration in the National Register of Multipliers is made as a result of changes in the data initially registered by the economic operator, e.g. company name change, change of headquarters address, change of organization form, addition of activity object art.36 para.6 of Government Ordinance no.25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by Government Emergency Ordinance no.43/2010

For the renewal of the registration authorization in the National Register of Multipliers, applicants will submit the following requests

For film producers, registration is done according to art.23 as amended from G.O. 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by G.E.O. 43/2010. The registration documents must include the following:

Documents: Copies of - the registration certificate at the Trade Register Office - the tax registration certificate only for non-profit legal entities.

Failure to register or to be entered in the national registers administered by ORDA is sanctioned with a fine from 2000 lei to 10,000 lei.

Authorized natural persons and legal entities, registered in the National Register of Videograms, who import or produce videograms, are required to register all videograms in the mentioned register, according to art.23 para.1 of G.O. 25/2006 republished, amended and completed by G.E.O. 43/2010.

Authorized natural persons or legal entities, who produce cinematographic films on the territory of Romania as videograms, are required to register all videograms in the National Register of Videograms, before introducing them into the commercial circuit.

The documents must contain the following:

Documents - the applicant’s registration certificate in the Register of Cinematography; - the certificate of classification of the cinematographic film, issued by the Register of Cinematography; - invoice/payment order, according to Decision no.1086/10.09.2008.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows:

• registration of videograms containing cinematographic films - 50 lei/request
• express processing fee, additional charge of 300 lei;
• request for completion of missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration request - 10 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cash desk at Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, Sector 1, Bucharest, or in the account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at the Treasury Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.

Failure to register or enroll in the national registers administered by ORDA is sanctioned with a fine from 2,000 lei to 10,000 lei.

For imported devices and equipment, registration is done according to point 1 of Decision 89/30.07.2004.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

- Forms F1, F2, F23.

Copies of:

- registration certificate at the Trade Register Office;

- tax registration certificate (only for non-profit legal entities);

- excerpt from the statute or articles of association regarding the object of activity (import and/or production of devices and/or equipment) of the legal entity;

- invoice/payment order for the payment of the registration operation in the register.

The processing times for the applications are provided in point 3 para.(1) of Decision 89/30.07.2004 and the Order of the Minister of Culture, Religious Affairs and National Heritage no.2029/2009.

The fees for registration operations are provided in H.G.1086/2008 and the Order of the Minister of Culture, Religious Affairs and National Heritage no.2029/2009, as follows:

• issuing the registration certificate for authorized individuals or legal entities – 100 lei;
• replacement of the registration certificate following changes in the economic operator’s identification data – 25 lei;
• urgent fee, additional charge – 300 lei;
• completion request (for providing missing documents as a result of the rejection of the initial registration application) – 10 lei.

During the activities for which they were registered in the National Register of Private Copy, importers and manufacturers of devices and equipment for which compensation is due for private copy registered in the register, have the obligation to submit to ORDA the following documents:

- list containing the manufactured devices and equipment and the number of units, as well as the main identification elements;

- proof of legal import carried out;

- list with the invoiced, imported or manufactured products in Romania (to be submitted monthly) and to allow ORDA representatives access to the documents necessary to identify the number of invoiced, imported or manufactured devices and equipment.

Authorized individuals and legal entities registered in the National Register of Videograms, who import or produce videograms, are obliged to register all videograms in the mentioned register, according to art.23 para.1 of G.O. 25/2006 republished, amended and supplemented by E.G.O.43/2010.

Authorized individuals or legal entities, who produce cinematographic films as videograms on Romanian territory, are obliged to register all videograms in the National Register of Videograms, before introducing them into the commercial circuit. The documents must contain the following:

Documents - the applicant's registration certificate in the Cinematography Register; - the cinematographic film classification certificate, issued by the Cinematography Register; - invoice/payment order, according to Decision no.1086/10.09.2008.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows

- registration of videograms containing cinematographic films - 50 lei/request2

Authorized natural and legal persons, registered in the National Videograms Register, who import or produce videograms, are required to register all videograms in the aforementioned register, according to art.23 paragraph 1 of G.O. 25/2006 republished, amended and supplemented by E.G.O. 43/2010.

Authorized natural persons or legal persons who produce videograms on the territory of Romania are required to register all videograms in the National Videograms Register before introducing them into the commercial circuit.

The documents must contain the following:

Documents - one copy of the videogram must be submitted within 30 days from the date of issuance of the certificate - copy of the invoice/payment order.

The registration operation fees are stipulated by H.G. 1086/2008, being the following

• registration of videograms produced on the territory of Romania - 100 lei/videogram title
• emergency fee, additional charge ndash 300 lei
• request for completion to provide missing documents, as a result of the initial registration request being rejected - 10 lei.

For registration in the National Register of Multipliers, authorized natural persons or legal entities conducting the intermediation/multiplication of exempt products, outside Romania, of services for the multiplication of phonograms, videograms, or computer programs on optical discs, audio cassettes, or video cassettes, as the case may be, intended for distribution to the public, shall submit the following standard applications and documents:

Standard applications: Forms 1+2

Documents:

- copy of the registration certificate at the trade registry office (CUI);

- copy of the document (invoice/payment order) attesting payment of the fees.

Fees:

-issuance of the registration authorization for economic operators who intermediate services for the multiplication of optical discs, audio cassettes and video cassettes-350 lei;

- registration of work points and storage spaces-50 lei/work point or storage space;

- application for completion (for incomplete file situations)-10 lei.

The request for renewal (extension) of the Registration Authorization in the National Register of Multipliers is made before the expiration date of the previous authorization and involves issuing to the applicant a new authorization with the existing data in the Office's database.

The validity period of the Registration Authorization in the National Register of Multipliers is one year from the date of issuance. (art.36 para.5 of O.G. no.25/2006, republished, amended, and supplemented by O.U.G. no.43/2010)

For the renewal of the registration authorization in the National Register of Multipliers, applicants must submit the following standard requests and documents:

Documents:

-copy of the certificate of registration at the trade register office (CUI);

-copy of the Registration Authorization in the National Register of Multipliers and the annexes of the authorization;

-copy of the document (invoice/payment order) certifying payment of the fees.

Registration in the National Register of Works is optional and is done for a fee, according to the methodological norms and tariffs established by Government decision, according to art.148 para.(1) of Law no. 8/1996, with subsequent amendments and completions.

Required documents:

Standard application: “Registration of works in the National Register of Works - Form 24” must be completed in 2 copies.

Documents:

Copies of:

- invoice/payment order regarding the payment for the registration operation in the register, according to H.G. 1086/10.09.2008 and the Order of the Minister of Culture, Religious Affairs and National Heritage no. 2029/2009;

- one copy of the work registered on optical media or on paper, in appropriate formats.

Fees for the registration operation are provided by H.G. 1086/2008 and Order of the Minister of Culture, Religious Affairs and National Heritage no.2029/2009, as follows:

• registration of works – 100 lei/work;
• rectification of registration data of works – 50 lei/request;
• express fee, additional charge – 300 lei;
• completion request (for providing missing documents following the rejection of the initial registration request) – 10 lei.

Resolution time - requests are processed within 30 working days.

This procedure cannot be carried out through the electronic PCU. It is for informational purposes only. If the removal of work points and/or storage spaces that were previously registered with O.R.D.A. is requested, applicants must submit the following documents:

No fees are charged for the operation of removing work points/storage spaces from the national registers managed by ORDA.

For producers/importers, distributors/merchants/those who rent computer programs, registration is done according to art.35 of O.G. 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by O.U.G 43/2010.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

- certificate of registration at the Trade Registry Office;

- tax registration certificate only for legal entities without patrimonial purpose;

- invoice/payment order regarding payment for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows:

- registration of computer program production activity 50 lei;

- registration of work point 20 lei - registration of storage space 20 lei;

- urgency fee, additional tariff 300 lei;

- application for completing missing documents, following rejection of the initial registration request 10 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier's office in Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, district 1, Bucharest, or in the account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at Trezoreria Sector1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.

The renewal of certificates based on new registrations and entries is carried out under the conditions of art.36 para.6 of G.O. 25/2006. The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is 1 year from the date of issue, according to art.36 para 5 of the Ordinance.

The certificate renewal can be done only if its validity period has not expired and the data contained in the valid Certificate/Attestation and the corresponding Annexes have not been changed.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

Documents: copies of:

- CUI copy;

- the previous certificate and its Annexes, issued by the Romanian Copyright Office;

- copy of the invoice/payment order regarding the payment for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows:

- issuance of a new registration certificate due to the expiration of the previous certificate's validity - 25 lei/activity,

- if the certificate has expired 50 lei per activity, 20 lei/work point, 20 lei/storage space,

- in case the registration of a new activity is requested 50 lei.

- the additional fee of 300 lei, related to registrations in urgent mode.

For authorized natural persons or legal entities, who import phonograms or carry out intra-community trade activities, they are required to register all phonograms in the National Register of Phonograms before introducing them into the commercial circuit, according to art.9 para.1 of O.G. 25/2006 republished, amended, and supplemented by O.U.G. 43/2010.

The registration documents must contain the following:

Copies of documents:

-the supporting document showing the right holder's agreement regarding the import, distribution, and commercialization of phonograms on Romanian territory, in an authorized translation into Romanian;

-copy of the invoice/payment order regarding the registration operation in the register.

The registration fees are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows:

-registration of imported phonograms or introduced into the commercial circuit on the territory of Romania - up to 20 phonogram titles inclusive = 50 lei/application;

-between 21 and 50 phonogram titles inclusive = 75 lei/application;

-between 51 and 100 phonogram titles inclusive = 100 lei/application;

-over 100 phonogram titles = 150 lei/application;

-supplementary application to complete missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration application - 10 lei.

- if the certificate has expired 50 lei per activity, 20 lei/site, 20 lei/storage space,

- if the registration of a new activity is requested 50 lei.

Authorized natural persons or legal entities, who produce phonograms on the territory of Romania, have the obligation to register all phonograms in the National Register of Phonograms before introducing them into the commercial circuit, according to art.9 para.1 of O.G. 25/2006 republished, amended, and supplemented by O.U.G. 43/2010.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

Documents - copy of the invoice/payment order;

-one copy of the phonogram must be submitted within 30 days from the date of issuance of the certificate.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows:

-registration of phonograms produced on the territory of Romania - 50 lei/phonogram title;

-urgent fee, additional charge 300 lei;

-completion request for missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration request - 10 lei.

In the event that the deregistration of work points and/or storage spaces previously registered with O.R.D.A. is requested, applicants shall submit the following:

No fees are charged for deregistration operations.

The request for renewal of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is made until the expiration date of the previous certificate and involves the issuance of a new certificate with the data existing in the database.

The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is 1 year from the date of issuance, according to art.36 para (5) of the Ordinance.

The replacement of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is carried out when there are changes (e.g. headquarters, company name, addition of activity object) and/or additions to the documents based on which the initial registration was made, according to art.36 para.(6) of the Ordinance.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

The request for renewal of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is made until the expiration date of the previous certificate and involves issuing a new certificate with the existing data in the database. The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is 1 year from the date of issuance, according to art.36 para 5 of the Ordinance.

The replacement of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is done when there are changes, e.g. headquarters, company name, addition of activity object and/or supplements to the documents on the basis of which the initial registration was made, according to art.36 para.6 of the Ordinance.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

-issuance of a new registration certificate, until the expiration date of the previous certificate validity period 25 lei/activity

-if the certificate has expired 50 lei per activity, 20 lei/work point, 20 lei/storage space

-replacement of the registration certificate as a result of changing the identification data of the economic operator - 50 lei

-if the registration of a new activity is requested if the initial certificate has not expired 50 lei

-emergency fee/per request additional fee 300 lei.

The request for renewal of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs is made until the expiration date of the previous certificate and involves the issuance of a new certificate with the existing data in the database. The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs is 1 year from the date of issuance, according to art.36 paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.

The renewal of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs can only be done if the validity period has not been exceeded and the data contained in the valid Certificate/Attestation and the corresponding Annexes have not been changed.

The documents for renewal must include the following:

- copy of CUI;

- the previous certificate and its Annexes, issued by the Romanian Copyright Office;

- invoice/payment order regarding the payment made for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for renewal operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008 and Order no. 2029/2009, as follows - issuance of a new registration certificate, up to the expiration date of the previous certificate: 25 lei/activity - if the certificate has expired 50 lei per activity, 20 lei/working point, 20 lei/storage space;

in case the registration of a new activity is requested if the initial certificate has not expired 50 lei

- emergency fee/request additional fee 300 lei.

The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is 1 year from the date of issue, according to art.36 paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.

The replacement of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms, during its validity period, is carried out as a result of changing the headquarters address, changing the company name, changing the organizational form of the company, adding/removing an object of activity.

The registration documents must include the following:

Forms 2, 3 will be submitted only in the case of adding new working points/storage spaces, or in the case of deleting working points/storage spaces.

Copies of documents:

- modification documents, such as headquarters, change of organizational form, etc., and/or completion of the documents on the basis of which the registration was made

- the previous certificate and its Annexes, issued by the Romanian Copyright Office

- copy of the invoice/payment order regarding payment for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided by Government Decision 1086/2008, as follows

- if the certificate has expired 50 lei per activity, 20 lei/work point, 20 lei/storage space,

- replacement of the registration certificate as a result of changes in the identification data of the economic operator - 50 lei,

- in the case of requesting the registration of a new activity 50 lei;

- emergency fee/request additional fee 300 lei.

-if the certificate has expired 50 lei per activity, 20 lei/work point, 20 lei/storage space - replacement of the registration certificate as a result of changes in the identification data of the economic operator - 50 lei

-in case registration of a new activity is requested if the initial certificate has not expired 50 lei.

Authorized natural persons and legal entities, registered in the National Videograms Register, who import or produce videograms, are required to register all videograms in the mentioned register, according to art. 23 para. 1 of Government Ordinance 25/2006 republished, amended and supplemented by Government Emergency Ordinance 43/2010.

Authorized natural persons or legal entities who produce videograms on the territory of Romania are obliged to register all videograms in the National Register of Videograms before introducing them into commercial circulation.

The documents must contain the following:

Documents - one copy of the videogram must be submitted within 30 days from the date of issuance of the certificate - copy of invoice/payment order.

The fees for registration operations are provided by Government Decision 1086/2008, as follows

• registration of videograms produced in Romania – 100 lei/videogram title
• urgent processing fee, additional charge 300 lei
• supplementary request for completing missing documents, following rejection of the initial registration request – 10 lei.

Failure to register or to enter in the national registers administered by ORDA is sanctioned with a fine from 2,000 lei to 10,000 lei.

Authorized natural persons and legal entities, registered in the National Register of Phonograms, who import or produce phonograms, are required to register all phonograms in the mentioned register, according to art.9 para.1 of G.O. 25/2006.

Authorized natural persons or legal entities, who produce phonograms on the territory of Romania, are obliged to register all phonograms in the national phonogram register, before introducing them into the commercial circuit, according to art.9 para.1 of G.O. 25/2006 republished, amended and supplemented by G.E.O. 43/2010.

The registration documents must contain the following:

- copy of invoice/payment order;

-one copy of the phonogram must be submitted within 30 days from the date of issuing the certificate

The fees for registration operations are provided by G.D.1086/2008, as follows:

-registration of phonograms produced on Romanian territory- 50 lei/phonogram title;

-application for completion for missing documents following the rejection of the initial registration application -10 lei.

The request for renewal of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs is made until the expiration date of the previous certificate and involves the issuance of a new certificate with the existing data in the database. The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs is 1 year from the date of issue, according to art.36 paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.

The renewal of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs can only be done if the validity period has not been exceeded and the data contained in the valid Certificate/Attestation as well as in the corresponding Annexes have not been changed.

The documents for renewal must include the following:

- the previous certificate and its Annexes, issued by the Romanian Copyright Office;

For authorized natural persons or legal entities who import phonograms or carry out intra-community commercial activities, they have the obligation to register all phonograms in the National Register of Phonograms, before introducing them into the commercial circuit, according to art.9 paragraph 1 of Government Ordinance 25/2006 republished, amended and supplemented by Emergency Ordinance 43/2010.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

-the supporting document proving the rights holder's agreement regarding the import, distribution, and commercialization of phonograms on the territory of Romania, with an authorized translation into Romanian;

-a copy of the invoice/payment order regarding the registration operation in the register.

The fees for the registration operations are provided by Government Decision 1086/2008, being the following:

-registration of phonograms imported or introduced into the commercial circuit on the territory of Romania - up to 20 phonogram titles inclusive = 50 lei/application;

-between 21 and 50 phonogram titles inclusive = 75 lei/application;

-between 51 and 100 phonogram titles inclusive = 100 lei/application;

-over 100 phonogram titles = 150 lei/application;

-urgent fee, additional charge ndash 300 lei;

-supplementary application for completing missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration application - 10 lei.

In the situation where persons obtain other premises for carrying out the activities of manufacturing and storing supports and devices for which the compensatory remuneration for private copying is owed, they are obliged to declare the new premises to ORDA before the actual start of the activity.

The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Software Programs is 1 year from the date of issuance, according to Article 36, paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.

The replacement of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Software Programs, during its validity period, is requested due to a change in the headquarters address, change of company name, change in the company’s organizational form, addition/removal of an activity object.

The documents for replacement must include the following:

Standard application forms: Form 4, Form 2 is submitted only when adding new work points/storage spaces, Form 3 is submitted for the deregistration of previously registered work points/storage spaces.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008 and Order no. 2029/2009, as follows:

- replacement of the registration certificate due to changes in the identification data of the economic operator;

- in case registration of a new activity is requested if the initial certificate has not expired 50 lei

- emergency fee/request additional charge 300 lei;

- if registration of new work points/storage spaces is requested - the fee is 20 lei.

In the event that the registration of new workplaces and/or storage spaces is requested, after registration in the National Register of Computer Programs, applicants will submit the following documents:

For registration in the National Register of Duplicators, authorized natural persons or legal entities carrying out activities of duplication of phonograms, videograms and/or computer programs on optical discs, audio cassettes, or video cassettes, as applicable, intended for distribution to the public, must submit the following standard requests and documents:

• Standard requests: Forms 1, 2, 18
• copy of the registration certificate from the Trade Register Office (CUI);
• copy of the technical specifications or authorized technical expert reports regarding the industrial nature of duplication equipment;
• copy of the document (invoice/payment order) attesting the payment of fees.

Fees:

• issuance of the registration authorization for optical disc duplicators - 500 lei;
• issuance of the registration authorization for audio cassette and video cassette duplicators - 350 lei;
• registration of work points and storage spaces - 50 lei/work point or storage space;
• completion request (for incomplete dossiers) - 10 lei.

According to the provisions of Ordinance no. 25/2006 on strengthening the administrative capacity of the Romanian Office for Copyright, as updated, natural or legal persons who have obtained the certificate of registration of phonograms/videograms in the National Register of Phonograms/Videograms may request the Romanian Office for Copyright to issue holographic markings, by means of a standard application form in which the titles of the phonograms/videograms for which the holographic markings are requested must be stated.

Required documents: Forms 16, 17.

For imported media and devices, registration is done according to point 1 of Decision 89/30.07.2004. Registration documents must contain the following:

- the registration certificate from the Trade Registry Office;

- the fiscal registration certificate (only for non-profit legal entities);

- extract from the statute or company contract regarding the activity object (import and/or production of devices and/or media) of the legal entity;

- invoice/payment order regarding the payment for the registry registration operation.

The deadlines for processing requests are provided in point 3 para.(1) of Decision 89/30.07.2004 and Order of the Minister of Culture, Religious Affairs and National Heritage no.2029/2009. The fees for registration operations are provided in H.G.1086/2008 and Order of the Minister of Culture, Religious Affairs and National Heritage no.2029/2009 as follows:

- issuance of the registration certificate for authorized individuals or legal entities – 100 lei;

- replacement of the registration certificate due to changes in the economic operator's identification data – 25 lei;

- urgent fee, additional charge – 300 lei;

- request for completion (for completing missing documents, following rejection of the initial registration request) - 10 lei.

During the activities for which they were registered in the National Register of Private Copy, importers and manufacturers of media and devices subject to compensatory remuneration for private copy, registered in the register, are obliged to submit to ORDA the following documents:

- list including the devices and media manufactured and the number of units, as well as the main identification elements;

- proof of legal import carried out;

- list regarding the invoiced, imported or manufactured products in Romania (submitted monthly) and to allow ORDA representatives access to the necessary documents for identifying the number of invoiced, imported or manufactured media and devices.

The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs is 1 year from the date of issuance, according to art.36 paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.

The replacement of the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs, during its validity period, is requested as a result of a change of address, change of company name, change of company organization form, addition/deletion of an activity object.

The documents for replacement must contain the following:

Standard requests Form 4, Form 2 is submitted only in case of completion with new work points/storage spaces, Form 3 is submitted in case of deletion of previously registered work points/storage spaces.

For the registration of new work points and/or storage spaces, after registration in the National Register of Multipliers, applicants shall submit the following standard requests and documents:

The renewal of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms, during its validity period, is done as a result of a change of headquarters address, modification of the company name, modification of the company's organizational form, addition/removal of an activity object.

Forms 2, 3 will be submitted only in the case of completing with new work points/storage spaces, or in the case of removing some work points/storage spaces.

For producers/importers/distributors/merchants/those who rent computer programs, registration is done according to art.35 of G.O. 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by G.E.O 43/2010.

Registration or, as the case may be, entry in the National Register of Phonograms is mandatory for authorized natural persons or legal entities that carry out on the territory of Romania the activities of producing, importing, distributing phonograms, according to art. 4 of G.O. 25/2006. In accordance with the provisions of GEO 43/2010, art. III, point 2. ref. to art. 6 para. (1) of OG no. 25/2006, the registration in the National Register of Phonograms of authorized natural persons and legal entities carrying out on the territory of Romania the activity of marketing phonograms is optional.

Authorized natural persons or legal entities who produce software programs on the territory of Romania are required to register all software programs in the National Register of Software Programs before introducing them into commercial circulation, according to art. 20 para. 3 of G.O. 25/2006 republished, amended and supplemented by G.E.O. 43/2010.

The registration documents must include the following:

Standard applications - Forms 8, 9, 10, or 11;

Documents:

- proof of the consent of the holder of the copyright over the software programs or a statement on their own responsibility from the author of the programs;

- a sample of the license granted on the territory of Romania to users of software programs;

- a copy of the program, in the form in which it is produced for commercialization;

- if the software program is not produced for commercialization through specialized stores, a statement on their own responsibility regarding the exempted programs according to art. 31 para. 1 of G.O. 25/2006 must also be completed and submitted

- a copy of the invoice/payment order regarding the payment for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G. 1086/2008, being as follows - registration of software programs produced in Romania 100 lei/software program;

- emergency fee, additional fee 300 lei;

- application for completion for supplementing missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration application 10 lei.
