Bucharest College of Dentists*

This procedure is addressed to members of the Bucharest College of Dental Physicians.
The current professional certificate is the document containing relevant personal information regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health field, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by G.D. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dental physicians and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period of the professional certificate: 3 months from the date of issuance.

Certificate issuance fee 100 lei. The fee can be paid online at https://www.cmsb.ro/taxe-cmsb/ or into the account RO27BREL070002026RO11001, opened at Libra INTERNET Bank, beneficiary Bucharest College of Dental Physicians, CUI: 17024551.
