This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dentists Cluj

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients who are in relation with them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 on health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality for doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity: 3 months from the date of issueThe issuance fee is: 300 lei according to the decision of the Council of the College of Dentists Cluj no. 4/ 20/01/2016. The fee can be paid online, by bank card, by accessing www.cmdcluj.ro or in the bank account RO96 RZBR 0000 0600 0598 9676 opened at Raiffeisen Bank Cluj-Napoca.
