Procedure for issuing the approval for the authorization of construction works located in the vicinity of the objectives/systems belonging to S.N.T.P. and managed by the company CONPET SA Ploiesti*
The procedure establishes the way of issuing the approval for operators in the oil and natural gas sector for the authorization of construction works located in the vicinity of the objectives/systems belonging to S.N.T.P. and administered by the company CONPET SA Ploiesti, considering:
a) ensuring the security and continuity of supply with crude oil, gasoline, ethane, condensate, petroleum products and natural gas to consumers;
b) ensuring the protection of the environment and the safety of constructions for both individuals and legal entities;
c) ensuring the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the infrastructure for the transport of crude oil, gasoline, ethane, condensate and petroleum products, as well as for the production, storage, transport and distribution of natural gas.
The provisions of this procedure apply in the case of authorizing the execution of construction works, according to the provisions of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions.
