In accordance with the provisions of the Regulations regarding the authorization and control of training and professional development centers for specialized personnel in the field of road transport, approved by OMT 1212/2015, with subsequent corrections, the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Communications issues to economic operators the operating authorization as a training and professional development center for specialized personnel in the field of road transport. The authorization is issued to economic operators (EO) that fulfill the conditions of: material base; professional competence, and good reputation. In case the EO has work points, branches, or subsidiaries where one or more types of courses are to be carried out, it must request authorization for each of them.
