Minimum Inclusion Income*
Issuing the certificate for requesting amounts not collected by the deceased person with a disability*
Social benefits not collected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the indemnity and/or the complementary budget for the month in which the beneficiary's death occurred, and, as the case may be, the social benefits due and not collected up to the date of death which are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to other legal heirs, according to common law, upon their request.
The amounts provided above may be requested at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection, by the heir, within the general statute of limitations, based on documents attesting the status of heir.
*Forwarding file for granting social assistance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are obliged to submit, based on a register, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Dâmbovița County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Documents Needed section the Register and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting home heating aid with electric energy*
Until July 31, the city halls are obliged to submit the Report regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity, the Register including the beneficiaries of aid for home heating with electricity and its actual amount, to the Dâmbovița County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Report regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the Register including the beneficiaries of aid for home heating with electricity and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.
*Transmission and registration of the file for granting the child-raising allowance/insertion incentive*
Until the 5th of each month, town halls are obliged to submit, based on a cover sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. Town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Cover Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Submitting documents for granting home heating aid with thermal energy*
By July 31, the town halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized Register including the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Centralized Register including the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy provider.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid of the home with solid or petroleum fuels*
By April 30th, the town halls are required to submit the Consolidated Report regarding the recipients of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Documents Required section the List and the Requests with supporting documents.
*Transmission of documents for granting heating aid for the home with natural gas*
By July 31, the city halls are required to send the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection and the List containing the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes with natural gas and the actual amount of this aid.
The city halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas and the List containing the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes with natural gas and the actual amount of this aid, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
*The submission and registration of the file for granting the family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. City halls will upload the List and Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Submission of the file for granting the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a register, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection Dambovita. The town halls will upload in the section Necessary Documents the Register and the Applications with the supporting documents.
