The documents are submitted after completing the standard forms, at PMB-CIDRC, the Information and Documentation Center for Relations with Citizens (Registry), on Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta no. 42, sector 5. Notes: 1. According to the provisions of art. 6 paragraph (1) and (4) of the Law, the urban planning certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic and technical regime of the property, as well as the specific urban planning requirements for the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document that is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity. 2. According to the Law, the urban planning certificate does not replace the construction/demolition permit and does not confer the right to carry out construction works.

The documents are submitted in original, after filling in the standardized forms, at PMB-CIDRC, the Information and Documentation Center for Citizen Relations (Registry), located at 42 Regina Elisabeta Boulevard, sector 5.

Note: The application for extending the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before its validity date expires.
