Procedure regarding the authorization of persons who carry out the design of fire detection, alarm, and warning systems and installations*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out design works for fire signaling, alarm, and alert systems and installations. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 para 1 of Law no. 307/2006 on fire protection, works in the field of fire protection are carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
*Procedure regarding the authorization of persons who carry out the design of fire limitation and extinguishing systems and installations*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out design works for fire prevention and extinguishing systems and installations. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, carrying out works in the field of fire protection is done by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is subject to a fee.
*Procedure regarding the authorization of persons who carry out installation and maintenance works for fire detection, alarm, and alert systems and installations*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises that wish to obtain authorization for carrying out installation and maintenance works on fire signaling, alarming, and alerting systems and installations. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 para. 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, work in the field of fire protection is carried out by authorized persons. The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out the design of ventilation systems and installations for the evacuation of smoke and hot gases, except for those of the natural-organized type. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 para. 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, works in the field of fire protection must be carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period.
