Bistrita Nasaud College of Dentists*

This procedure is addressed only to members of the Bistrita Nasaud College of Dentists.
The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists practice their profession.
The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of services provided and the safety of patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 on health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of proof of honorability and professional morality of doctors, dentists and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate.

Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuing fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the College of Dentists' Council from 2013. The fee can be paid into the account RO07BTRL00601205C29232XX opened at Banca Transilvania Bistrita.
