Galați College of Dental Physicians*

This procedure is addressed to the members of the Galaţi College of Dentists.The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of evidence of professional honorability and morality for doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuance fee is 100 lei according to the decision of the Council of the Galaţi College of Dentists. The fee can be paid to the account.
