Automatic recognition of a doctorate in science or in a professional field, obtained abroad*
This procedure presents the methodology regarding the recognition by the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor of science or in a professional field, obtained abroad by Romanian or foreign candidates for the purpose of enrolling in postgraduate programs, obtaining habilitation, or occupying a teaching or research position within NUPSPA.
*Automatic recognition of the quality of doctoral supervisor obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad*
Establishes the method of automatic recognition of the status of doctoral supervisor or habilitation, obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad.
The procedure aims to implement at the internal level the Order of the Minister of National Education and Scientific Research no. 5.921 of December 6, 2016, as well as to establish SNSPA's responsibilities regarding the obligations it has according to legal provisions, in a unitary, transparent, and legal context, in close correlation with the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
*Automatic recognition of teaching functions in higher education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad*
The purpose of this procedure is to present the steps for recognition within SNSPA of teaching positions obtained in an accredited higher education institution in a European Union member state, the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation, as well as in prestigious universities from other countries on the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by Order no. 5825/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions.
