Submitting the file for granting social assistance and family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Transmission of file for granting state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, municipalities are required to submit the requests registered in the previous month, along with supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, based on a summary sheet. The municipalities will upload the Summary Sheet and the Requests with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Forwarding the file for the granting of the insertion incentive and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are obliged to submit, based on a statement, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Statement and Requests with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Transmission of documents for the granting of heating aid for homes using electric energy*
By July 31, town halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity. The summary report including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the summary report including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity provider.
*The submission and registration of the file for granting the family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to submit, based on a borderou (summary list), the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Maramures County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Borderou and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Submission of documents for granting home heating aid with natural gas*
By July 31st, city halls are obliged to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with natural gas to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, as well as the List including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with natural gas and the actual amount granted.
City halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with natural gas and the List including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with natural gas and the actual amount granted, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
*Submission of documents for granting home heating assistance with solid or petroleum fuels*
Until April 30, city halls are required to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the beneficiaries of heating aid for homes using solid or petroleum fuels to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. City halls will upload the Registry and Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Submitting the file for granting social assistance*
By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the List and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Transmission of file for granting social assistance, the family support allowance, and the home heating assistance*
By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to submit, based on a record sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload the Record Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Necessary Documents section.

By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a delivery note, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Delivery Note and Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Issuance of the certificate for requesting the amounts remaining unpaid to the deceased disabled person*
The social benefits not collected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, as appropriate, the social benefits due and unpaid up to the time of death, shall be paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to other heirs, according to common law, upon their request. The amounts mentioned above may be requested from the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general statute of limitations, based on the document certifying the status of heir, as well as, in the case where there are several heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.
