Proceeding for foreign individuals to occasionally exercise the profession of ANEVAR assessor
According to OG 24/2011 art 28 para 5, natural or legal persons who are authorized evaluators having the citizenship or nationality of a European Union member state or a state belonging to the European Economic Area may exercise the profession of authorized evaluator also temporarily or occasionally. In this situation, the authorized evaluator is exempt from the Association registration procedure.

*Proceeding to obtain ANEVAR inactive membership
According to the provisions of art. 22 of Government Ordinance no. 24/2011, a person who does not have the right to practice as an authorized valuator is considered an inactive member because they are in one of the following situations: they have been disciplined with suspension of membership for a period of up to 12 months; they have financial control duties within the Ministry of Public Finance or other public institutions, except in cases expressly provided by law; they are in an incompatibility situation provided by a special law.

Proceeding for legal persons having the nationality of a Member State of the European Union or of a state belonging to the European Economic Area to become corporate members ANEVAR
According to art. 11 of the Procedure regarding the acquisition, maintenance, loss of membership status in the National Association of Authorized Valuers of Romania, as well as other provisions regarding changes in membership status of this association for acquiring corporate membership, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, or a legal entity with the nationality of a member state of the European Union or a state belonging to the European Economic Area that has not acquired the status of authorized valuer in the country of origin must meet the following conditions:
a. to have as its object of activity the exercise of the profession of authorized valuer;
b. at least one member of the board of directors or the sole administrator of the company must hold the status of active authorized valuer: full member, accredited member, or corporate member;
c. must have concluded a professional civil liability insurance contract for valuation activity, with a minimum liability limit of 50,000 euros, according to the Board of Directors Decision no. 10/2012;
d. must pay the association registration fee, in the amount and within the deadlines established by the Board of Directors.

*Proceeding for foreign legal persons to occasionally exercise the profession of ANEVAR assessor
According to OG 24/2011 art 28 para 5, natural or legal persons, authorized evaluators holding the citizenship or nationality of a member state of the European Union or a state belonging to the European Economic Area may exercise the profession of authorized evaluator also on a temporary or occasional basis. In this situation, the authorized evaluator is exempted from the procedure of registration in the Association.

*Proceeding for individuals to become accredited members of ANEVAR
According to art. 7 of the Procedure regarding the acquisition, maintenance, and loss of membership status of the National Association of Authorized Valuers of Romania, as well as other provisions regarding changes in the membership status of this association for acquiring the status of accredited member, the individual must meet the following conditions:
a. to have the status of full member;
b. to have at least three years of experience in the profession of authorized valuer;
c. to have passed the accreditation exam, in accordance with the Accreditation Regulation approved by the Board of Directors, according to art. 17 para. (1) of OG no. 24/2011.

*Proceeding for natural persons having the citizenship of another Member State of the European Union or of a state belonging to the European Economic Area to become members of ANEVAR
According to Art. 4 para. 2 of the Procedure regarding the acquisition, maintenance, loss of membership status of the National Association of Authorized Valuers of Romania, as well as other provisions regarding changes in the membership status of this association, an individual holding the citizenship of another member state of the European Union or of a state belonging to the European Economic Area or of the Swiss Confederation who has acquired the status of authorized valuer in one of these states may acquire the status of full member of the Association if the following conditions are met:
a. to hold a document issued by the competent authority from the member state of the European Union, respectively the state belonging to the European Economic Area/Swiss Confederation showing that the citizen of these states legally practices the profession of authorized valuer
b. has not been finally convicted for committing an intentional crime
c. has paid the registration fee in the amount and within the deadlines established by the Board of Directors
d. has concluded a professional civil liability insurance contract for the appraisal activity, with a minimum liability limit of 10,000 euros, in accordance with the Board of Directors Decision no. 10/2012.

*Proceeding for individuals to become members of ANEVAR
According to art. 4 of the Procedure regarding the acquisition, maintenance, loss of membership of the National Association of Authorized Evaluators in Romania, as well as other provisions regarding changes to the membership status of this association, to acquire the status of full member, a natural person who is a Romanian citizen must meet the following conditions:
a. to have passed the final internship exam, in accordance with the Regulation for conducting and completing the internship, approved by the Board of Directors,
b. not to have been definitively convicted for committing an intentional crime
c. to have concluded a professional civil liability insurance contract for evaluation activity, with a minimum coverage limit of 10,000 euros, according to Board of Directors Decision no. 10/2012.

*Proceeding for legal persons from another Member State of the European Union or a state belonging to the European Economic Area to become members of ANEVAR
According to Art. 9 para. 2 of the Procedure regarding the acquisition, maintenance, loss of the status of member of the National Association of Authorized Evaluators from Romania, as well as other provisions regarding changes in the status of member of this association, a legal entity having the nationality of a member state of the European Union or a state belonging to the European Economic Area that has acquired the status of authorized evaluator in the state of origin is recognized this status of corporate member, if it meets the conditions established by the bilateral agreement concluded between the Association and the counterpart body from the state of origin.

*Proceeding for natural persons holding the citizenship of a Member State of the European Union or of a state belonging to the European Economic Area may become trainees of ANEVAR
According to Art. 15 para 2 of O.G. 24/2011 regarding certain measures in the field of asset evaluation, for acquiring the status of trainee member, the individual must meet the following conditions:
a. to have completed university studies with a diploma issued by a higher education institution from Romania or from another member state of the European Union, recognized by the competent Romanian authorities, according to the law, certifying completion by the holder of the bachelor’s degree cycle, in the fields proposed by the Board of Directors and approved through the regulation for organizing the exam for granting the status of trainee member
b. not to have been convicted for committing an intentional crime, for which rehabilitation has not occurred,
c. to be declared admitted to the exam for granting the status of trainee member,
d. to pay the exam fee in the amount and within the deadlines established by the Board of Directors.
