Online issuance of certificates/recommendations for the recognition of Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and nurse required in the other EU Member States*
In accordance with Law 278/2015, the Order of General Nurses, Midwives, and Nurses of Romania, as the competent authority, prepares and issues the documents (certificates, etc.) necessary for the recognition for professional purposes of Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and nurse, in the other EU Member States.
The activities regarding the attestation of Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and nurse, in the other EU Member States consist of preparing and issuing documents, hereinafter referred to as attestation documents, used by the authorities of the other EU Member States, the states belonging to the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation for the professional recognition of these titles according to the procedures set out in Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications, as subsequently amended and supplemented. As appropriate, the attestation documents are certificates or recommendations.
Online applications for the issuance of documents necessary for professional recognition of the aforementioned Romanian titles, accompanied by the relevant documents, are submitted via the PCUe to the county branch/the Bucharest Municipality branch of OAMGMAMR, to which the applicant is a member. If the applicant has NOT obtained the status of OAMGMAMR member, the application is submitted online via PCUe to the OAMGMAMR branch in whose territorial area the applicant resides.
If the applicant does not attach all the required documents or if the file is found to be incomplete, the applicant will be notified through the PCUe system. Within 15 days of notification, the applicant is obliged to complete the file with all the required documents. If the applicant does not comply with the completion deadline, upon its expiration, the file will be automatically filed by the PCUe system.
The recognition documents (certificates/recommendations) will be prepared at the level of the specialized structure of OAMGMAMR National, and within 90 days from the registration of the complete electronic file, will be transmitted online to the applicants via PCUe by the county branch of OAMGMAMR to which they submitted the electronic file.
