In the case of permanent cessation of activity in the travel agency and/or its branch/subsidiary/representation/secondary office, the economic operator will request the cancellation of the tourism license and/or the annex to the tourism license at least 30 days before the permanent cessation of activity. For this purpose, the following documentation shall be submitted to the headquarters of the central public institution responsible for tourism (see Required Documents): (1) The documentation submitted by the applicant is analyzed and resolved as soon as possible, but no more than 30 calendar days from the date of its registration. (2) In case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the application, through a notification, regarding the necessity to submit additional documents, as well as regarding the consequences on the documentation analysis deadline provided in para. (1); (3) If within 45 days from the date of the first notification the documentation provided in para. (2) is not completed, it will be closed.
