The procedure is addressed to legal or natural persons licensed/authorized in member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area, who wish to carry out activities of design, installation, modification, or maintenance of burglary alarm systems on the territory of Romania. In accordance with the provisions of art. 31, para. (4) of Law no. 333/2003 (R), activities in the field of alarm systems may be carried out on the territory of Romania by persons licensed or authorized in one of the member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area, after notifying the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police. The notification procedure is established by art. 78 of Annex 1 to Government Decision no. 301/2012.
