Details

In accordance with OG 82/2000, with subsequent amendments and additions, and OMTCT 2131/2005 with subsequent amendments and additions, RAR issues the technical operating authorization for economic operators carrying out dismantling activities of end-of-life road vehicles, based on a technical capability audit performed at each of the applicant's work points.

This procedure describes the way in which RAR processes the files submitted by legal entities for authorization, up to the moment of agreeing, together with the applicant, on the date of the audit.
